Such a deep burn

Just gotten home from having a sesh at the gym. I started going about a month ago and I'm seeing some results from it. I joined a challenge at the Fenix Gym where most of the people join to loose weight, I've done it to gain weight and from what my PT tells me, I'm pretty much in a lonely boat for it.


I cant wait to start playing mind games with everyone else, saying i've already lost 20kgs ect.


I'll do something special tomorrow so keep an eye out for it.

    Did it to get fit, my weight is fine (now) I just want to tone up.

    I used to be 100+kgs (around 220lbs) but I've lost 27kgs since then (60lbs). I'm 178cms so I've only got a few more kgs to go before I reach my ideal weight.
    I freakin LOVE going to the gym

  11. I hate being the guy who is trying to gain wait in the gym. I lost 15 pounds(instead of gaining it) when I started university my freshman year. Unfortunately it was all muscle, and it has taken me over a year to get it back. I wish you luck!
