Just gotten home from having a sesh at the gym. I started going about a month ago and I'm seeing some results from it. I joined a challenge at the Fenix Gym where most of the people join to loose weight, I've done it to gain weight and from what my PT tells me, I'm pretty much in a lonely boat for it.
I cant wait to start playing mind games with everyone else, saying i've already lost 20kgs ect.
I'll do something special tomorrow so keep an eye out for it.
